This is the KitchenAid stand mixer 4, we bought one for us and 3 for the wedding. 3 are the model for the price it is a great value and all are still good!

This stand mixer, a true classic piece of kitchen is just perfect for the chef or home baker amateurs. It 'like having your own team is preparing to whisk the egg whites into meringue, kneading pizza dough for 30 minutes, or just keep stirring while adding a stream of hot butter. I was happy with him for years until my hobby has become an obsession (and my reading light guides including candy).

This is the most amazing machine for mixing and kneading bread. You can make 3-5 large white or "artisan" bread in AA single lot. The bowl and the coverage is close to let the yeast fungi to grow, and to allow the dough to rise, without drying. I spent my two or three days a week for two years - its very bold. The assistant did not swing or a trip along the disk. The dough does not get on a fat hook assembly or be thrown in the kitchen!

I bought this mixer about 1 years ago. EXPECTS reliable, heavy, built with a lot of steel inside. And 'anything but reliable. Designed to connect up to the end past the warranty period, not a day longer. Everything is made of steel to ensure that nobody can take it apart to fix the problem, or to see the internal parts of power transmission are made from cheap plastic.
