I have only my mixer for about 2 months, but so far has proven to be great! I love the timer and the slow start. You have to stop and scrape the sides of the second half, but the timer will resume exactly where you left off. I also have a mixer free within a month to send for him. I was a little 'disappointed with the color, as I thought it would be red metallic look, so do not exactly match my kitchen. Other than that - it's great! We are making smoothies, snow storms and smoothies with fresh fruit and yogurt, at least 4 times a week since we understand. The hard ice cream and treats while you keep moving the knife around. I was a bit 'concerned about this after reading reviews of similar products. Blends very well and comes with a nice book of recipes. We also made snowstorms Oreo! Great for both children and adults who love the ice cream is real!
