I bought this when my 35 years old Sunbeam mixer deceased chrome and steel. This is a great replacement. The engines are very powerful treatment of pulp heavier easily. The scale prevents deeper sugar / butter pieces outcrop, when they fly together. The bowl and whip action moving steadily pushing down the ingredients together and unites them rather than allowing them to maintain or climb on the sides of the tub and escape. I cook every day and using it is much easier than my old model.

the mixer is quiet and the cream and stir well with a little scraping sides of bowl. Really the element that prevents the dry ingredients to fly around the world. Love it!
