This stand mixer, a true classic piece of kitchen is just perfect for the chef or home baker amateurs. It 'like having your own team is preparing to whisk the egg whites into meringue, kneading pizza dough for 30 minutes, or just keep stirring while adding a stream of hot butter. I was happy with him for years until my hobby has become an obsession (and my reading light guides including candy).
My only complaint with this strong hold, is no longer sufficient to deal with returns are demanding. I also tend to keep in the pantry instead of bench space. I have not bought any attachments or, if it relies solely on the issue is (stand, bowl, paddle, whip and dough hook). Does not seem necessary, though I heard a voice there was an option with a single model for a bowl of ice bath. It would be very useful. Other than that - which is an icon of classic cuisine. A must have.
On a side note, White can not be elegant and stylish as the chrome, but it is much easier to clean.
