A large bowl with a particular history

Chivitos, special steak sandwiches, a typical dish from Uruguay. This dish was invented by accident in Punta del Este, the most famous resort in Uruguay. All the tourists get as fans of this particular type of sandwich.

Around the 1950's, a restaurant owner in Punta del Este, late at night was a lady, the goat to eat meat asked (chivito the Spanish word for goat is). He had to serve not be bothered, so he grabbed what hehad in his kitchen and made a special dish for the lady. After they ate, she was thrilled and so was the birth of this special Uruguayan court!
