This is the most amazing machine for mixing and kneading bread. You can make 3-5 large white or "artisan" bread in AA single lot. The bowl and the coverage is close to let the yeast fungi to grow, and to allow the dough to rise, without drying. I spent my two or three days a week for two years - its very bold. The assistant did not swing or a trip along the disk. The dough does not get on a fat hook assembly or be thrown in the kitchen!
However, be aware that this does not replace your stand mixer. It does not use cookies or cakes or pancakes or cheesecake, or whipped cream. You still need the mixer - but after the first bread you will never put the dough hook for your kitchen-Aid again!
